Our History in Martinique Rentals

We are pioneers in seasonal rentals in Martinique, having started in 1998 with the rental of our own studios in Tartane: Vue Turquoise and Vue Turquoise Parasol. At that time, major vacation rental sites did not yet exist, allowing us to stand out and lay the foundation for our business, Locations Vue Turquoise.

Creation of the Vue Turquoise Website:

To meet the growing demand, we created the Vue Turquoise website, a platform dedicated to renting our studios with sea views.

Expansion:

We began adding the rentals of our friends, then friends of friends. Gradually, other owners attracted by our concept joined us, enriching our offer with villa rentals, bungalows, and other quality homes. The Vue Turquoise site became Locations Vue Turquoise.

Company Evolution:

To structure our growing activity, we founded SARL Locations Vue Turquoise. Quickly, this company became a travel agency and then a real estate agency, expanding our range of services and strengthening our market presence.
